Went to the beach today. I'm wayyyy past worrying about a muffin top or anything else. I'm modest in my attire and always have been. +1 and I went over together and noticed a few really cute gals who looked great in their bikinis. We also noticed a few women who have great self esteem! 
I couldn't care less anymore about whether there is a jiggle or whatever. I'm just glad to still be mobile. Tonight at Zumba we had two very young ladies at the class. Hadn't seen them before. I'd be surprised if one of them weighed 90 pounds and the other 100. Not skinny, just tiny. Definite bikini bodies that would get noticed, no spandex needed. I guess they had trouble keeping up in the class. They both sat on the floor for a bit, and one had to take a longer break. Meanwhile, the older women, of all shapes and sizes, just kept on dancing. Old girls rule!

I feel the same except I would expand it to say old farts rule! I have a sense pride in people who can look great for their age, and some look a lot better than others, but in the end we all age and accepting ourself is ok too. I think it's great that Zumba and other activities keep people moving. Personally, I've been lazy most of my life and I'd rather spend the time (fill in the blank). Working on the yard.... what we're you thinking.

I have a sense pride in people who can look great for their age, and some look a lot better than others, but in the end we all age and accepting ourself is ok too. It's time for the Miami International Swim Show once again.
This year I'm extending an invitation to anyone that wants to look at 1000+ of the worlds most beautiful swimsuit models. Let me know and I'll arrange credentials. We'll be there on the 19th. There's lots of private parties and showings all over South Beach in addition to the show. I have invitations to many of them, RSVP.
