We filled out the online census form.

I put my two main groups of English and German.

After we filled it out, I found this somewhere:

People who identify as “white” or “Black or African American” will have 16 blank spaces to explain their ethnic makeup when filling out the paper copy. Those filling out the form online will have 200 characters.

My sister in Delaware is scheduled to be an "enumerator", a temp working for the Census who goes to homes of folks who have not responded on line or by mail and gathers the data by interview.

I have accepted a position as census enumerator but have not had the finger printing for a criminal background check done yet. I was scheduled for a finger print and ID photo next week but I've been notified that all such appointments have been cancelled for now and that I should check back to the Census workers' web site on April 1 to reschedule.
