I'll wait for the results before I post my impressions.

I thought so too - until I had it done.

How about I've thought about it. I see the point. I am still thinking about it.

I would have voted for that if available. I went with "I don't see the point" as it was closest to my feeling that it isn't necessary.

I did this last month, I am quite pleased so far. (only about 500 miles) I don't see any major drawbacks except for the cost and some gear whine.

I've thought about it and I'm still thinking. But I'm reluctant to drop the ratio on the stroked motor and tranny ratios of the 2004+ models. I'll probably end up holding out for a Roots-type SC instead.

Done it and love it. Won't go back.

The S2000 biggest knock is that it lacks torque. This mod directly addresses that concern.

I would do this way before I changed anything on the suspension.

I am curious what ratio's the people that have done this went with. I would also like to know what RPM you are now turning at 70 MPH in sixth gear? What has it done to your gas mileage?

Sorry - this is my first poll. And you're right, it isn't necessary. But as Matirix said, it addresses issues with the AP1 that have convinced me that the 4.56xxx (4.57R) should have been the rear gear to start with.
