That's OK, I don't need to be one of the sheep, following what others are doing.

ok he's dead, gone and only time will tell his legacy personally and musically.

In honor of his passing and just to lighten things up.here's a couple tasteless jokes I've seen floating around

Farah Fawcett died, and upon her arrival in heaven, God asked her if she had any wishes he might be able to fulfill. She said all she wanted was for all the children of Earth to be safe. So he killed Michael Jackson.

At the autopsy they found out that he was made of 99% plastic..so they melted him down and turned him into legos so the kids could play with HIM for a change..

There's got to me more tastelessness out there somewhere

Apparently the drugs he was chronically taking influenced his behavior, so that he often acted as if wallking in a dream in the last years of his life. He followed his own rules and the beat of his own drum. Personally I doubt very much if he ever abused any children. Once suspicion is raised about such taboo matters, the media and the DAs have their field day. He settled some lawsuits out of court. Lots of defacto innocent stars do. And the opportunistic parents who jumped on the chance to exploit his lack of judgment for a quick million are not admirable IMO. Well, anyway, who knows. He was who he was, and the world is different now because he lived. I mean that in a positive way. Personally, it is not a time for me to wax judgmental. He was a talented human being with human strengths and weaknesses. He had qualities both admirable and questionable. Each survivor or fan will remember him in their own way. May he rest in peace.

Until proved otherwisw, chronic poor judgement is not a crime. I agree, Jim.

Worst case, he was a pedophile. Best case he had serious psychological/emotional problems and poor judgment in letting children share his bed. Even worse, imho however, were the parents who allowed their children to be in that position to begin with. Selling your child for a million (or many) dollar settlement should have brought the idiot parents prison time and loss of parental rights. And saying "I didn't know" is paramount to having lived with your head in the sand which brings up issues of worthiness as a parent.

The man was an enormous talent. He had serious problems probably going back to his early childhood. People have and will continue to draw a line in the sand on which side of that issue they care to harp on. Bottom line -- he's dead. Get over it. To quote Chevy Chase on the early SNL shows, "This breaking news just in -- Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead."

So in today's news, Michael's parents have filed for custody of his children. They did such a great job with their own kids. Looks like they'll have another chance to screw up. Those children have had a very strange life already.....I feel bad for them.

Can't judge how he or anyone mourns. Not up to us to decide how folks deal with a loss. EVERYONE mourns differently. Some are very private about it, continue with their lives, and put on a brave face in public.

I have never understood how family members who lose someone in a tragic accident or unexpectedly can go on the news the next day or two days later to be interviewed. But if it helps them in their grieving process, it's none of my business.

I would think Debbie Rowe{sp} would get the 2 oldest since she is their birth mother. They are however older and can think for themselves. Alot of times
a judge will take in consideration what the children want also.
