Okay - who remembers the mylar film thingy you would attach to your B&W TV screen that had 3 colors? Blue across the top (for the sky), green across the bottom (for the grass) and kind of a flesh-tone in the center.

Please someone else say they remember them too!!!!

I remember seeing that Indian head thing on the TV, but I just wondered what it was. I never adjusted the TV.

And Rob, Victronox or some such thing. No, I don't remember the RCA slogan. But I know our first color TV was an RCA.

How about Quasar? That one is tuning in. The quality goes in before the name goes on?
Patty,

The record player was the RCA Victrola. The dog's name was "Nipper" and the slogan was "His master's voice".

I remember the mylar "color" tv attachment.

I remember that one. I really thought I wa seeing color with that. Years later, I was the first one in my family to buy a color tv. It was 21 inches and in a console. Weighed a ton.

I remember 1955. I was a junior in high school, and I had a very bad crush on Connie Heron. I was too shy to let her know about it, and we never saw one another after graduation.

It was one of those times where my life might have been completely different if a younger me had made a slightly different choice.
