Yes they have been going down there and staying for the months of feb and March for the last 20 years. The people that my father caretaked for live down there full time and have been trying to get him to move down there for some time. I suggested that he do a reversal of what he and my Mom were doing and live in Florida for 10 months and then spend the summer in Vermont. He seemed to like that idea so I hope he does that.
