Well, the new house transfers to us tomorrow and I just signed the papers accepting an offer on this house. It sold in less than a week. How's that for timing?

Its probably a good thing that you're selling now. I've heard that the real estate market is beginning to cool down.

The only clue I got was that it is further East, which puts you closer to Y-town.
