I'm getting old and I know, I just refuse to admit it. I have been called Peter Pan at least twice in the last 6 months, but I do admit that my partying does tend a bit earlier these days.
I guess one is old when partying time includes little cat naps.
I love a good party and definitely have a good time, but if there is day drinking involved, a cat nap is certainly a refresher.

Recently at my Mom's service these old people showed up......????? I was wondering who they were...turns out they are people we went to school with. How did they get old and we didn't????

It has since dawned on me that WE were now the older generation. We are in our late 50's 60's and 70's....how did it happen? Yes, I was feeling a bit old.

I'm also feeling that life is passing way too quickly. I know that's not an uncommon feeling at all, but damn, it's going really, really fast lately.

Woodstock – were you there? They are having a 3-day country/western festival down the road from me; that’s where the first post picture came from. Reportedly 50,000 attended yesterday. I can’t imagine 400,000 in a field. Here's some photos of Woodstock:

We made our own music today. Met a British Car club in Lansing at a new brewery. I liked their Spartan Stout.

She's fine now. They removed the tumor which was a hair follicle - apparently a big one! Thanks for asking.

I sometimes don't know which costs more, dogs or children! Both are worth it. Glad she's fine now. Did you do like we did and lay carpet to match Golden (shedding) fur?

Your PIB photos were neat too. Less expensive to run a couple of cars over than moor a boat in the harbor. And be moored-in most of the time too. After Labor Day works best for us.

We have reservations at a B&B at PIB at the end of the month; hope it cools down some by then. We're planning another visit later in the summer as well.
