I guess in WV this is the biggest crime they have to worry about? The DUI the guy was about to get was justified, but the other is totally ridiculous.

I can just imagine the policeman justifying the charges in court:

The gas was very odorous and created contact of an insulting or provoking nature, your honor!

Justice may be blind but that doesn't mean it can't sniff out the truth.

Ewww...but this reminds me of a story about the country guy and the city guy. The city guy is having a dinner at which a woman is obviously passing wind. The first time it happens the city guy, in an effort to be gentlemanly, apologizes profusely for his accident. After a couple more times, the country guy, trying to appear gentlemanly as well, pipes up and says "This lady's gas is on me!"

I don't think farts are funny until I make one, especially if I don't want to. I guess it's an embarrassing kind of funny, then.

When I used to drive my son to high school (just 3 years ago) he would start giggling and I knew it was time to open the windows. Teenage boys can be deadly.

One of the less advertised aspects of the aging process -- I find myself more jet-propelled these days.

Teenage boys and dogs are kings of the fart though!
