Sounds good...I made a meatloaf with bison. Was delish. I make two versions, one with mushroom soup and the other with tomato sauce. Today was tomato sauce.

I'd like to see bison make meatloaf. Must be difficult with those hooves. (sorry Deb, I couldn't resist)

Fettucine Alfredo made at home tonight, fresh pasta with my home made sauce. I make it a a bit lower fat than traditional methods, I might eat this once a year, but I do love it. It is my wife's favourite dish.

I used to make linguine with white clam sauce for my ex...he texted me not long ago to ask for the recipe again so he could make it. I am not a fan of it myself. Guess it made an impression since we have not been together in almost 25 years.
