In the fridge, absolutely, especially with chicken.

Good choice. I used to eat that about 3am after a night of partying in "Pig Alley".

I just bought some ground lamb. Saw a recipe for Greek meatballs served over orzo. Looks yummy so going to try it sometime soon. Has tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese and other good stuff. Will report back.

Yeah, we have a couple of fave Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurants we frequent. Lamb is always on the menu, of course. Yum...but I've not had the meatballs before so looking forward to trying them.

OK...what is everyone eating for Christmas dinner? I'm making a pork loin and sauerkraut. We ate so much last night at our dinner out (Italian place called Fiola Mare) that it will be much later today before we enjoy the pork. I am having a couple of leftover bombolinis (Italian doughnuts) for breakfast, along with some panettone. The restaurant made a huge one and gave out pieces. Yum...

Going to make Moroccan Turkey Tagine in the crock pot. A twist on the roasted turkey we usually have.

We had a ham. Spiral sliced. Ham is a favorite of mine. Served with potatoes, cooked in a fry pan, some wild rice, a mashed carrot and turnip mix ( A new England favorite). There was supposed to be broccoli, but the dish shattered in the microwave. That was interesting.

I swear I'm done eating forever. Back to the Y tomorrow.
