FRUIT?
I am eating an apple as I write this. Red Delicious.
When I was a kid we had a family friend who worked at a USDA Experiment Station near Geneva, NY. Not sure what he did but we called him Doctor so-and-so. He used to visit for Sunday dinners from time to time and would always bring a bunch of apples from the experiment station.
I usually eat three or four servings of fruit a day...apples, bananas, grapes, cantalope mostly. Sometimes we have blueberry waffles. Yum.

During blueberry season I OD on blueberries on my cereal in the morning. Unfortunately it is almost over now and I will have to switch back to strawberries and then bananas.
The only citrus that I really like are navel oranges. I also like mangoes and papayas.

By the way Patty, you left out melons.
I eat most of the fruit listed. I watch my weight and exercise reguarly so I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I get most of my fruits and veggies from a local source so I usually dont get the "surprises" associated with shopping at the super market. There are good health benefits associated with this kind of a diet.

You are too funny, LB.
