Frustrated Calling a Business Getting a Menu
I just caught this on the news. This is for everyone who gets frustrated calling a business only to get a menu. I want to talk to a warm body and much of the time, I give up before I get thru. Check out this site. Good information there.

I actually had a good customer service experience this week. The local utility paid my company's gas bill with the electric bill check and vice versa.
When I called I received a recording that said if I didn't want to wait on hold that a customer service rep would return my call in 3-5 minutes. So I punched in the office phone number and within the time frame they called back.
Very impressive!
