The new forum below Vintage.....collectibles.
I'm not sure why, but I found it funny in an odd way.

BTW, this is proably the first time that I have started two threads in the same day....usually, it's like two a year. (Gotta get that ppd up : )

Man, that's BRAND new - it wasn't there an hour ago! Great, we're one step above relics now....I guess we should be glad they didn't put us below the collectibles Hmmm - and it has a Vintage badge - something our forum decided to put together?

I never would've noticed if it hadn't been pointed out to me. There aren't that many S's, so how much can there be in the way of S collectibles? Excluding, of course, those folks like drewchie and Kyras who have begun to horde the actual cars.

My assumption was that it meant all that crap I've been collecting for 5 years, stock exhaust, stock wheels, stock brake lines, stock shifter knob.
You mean they're not collectible?

It's a great idea except that you can't post to it. At least I couldn't. I too have a very collectable shift knob, OEM mats and an oil filter if anyone's interested!

I think it's for little toy s's and books and s2k trinkets.

All that stuff your grandkids will find in a trunk someday and cart off to the Antique Road Show.

frankb, I'm sure you're familiar with the price of some collectable Martin guitars.

Seems strange... I think the idea is for people who collect things to group together as a community... Not sure I get it. There's a red button "ipb" next to the thing. Any idea what it is? There are no posts in it.
