Not true. We tax everyone even if you do leave on time.

Hi everyone. I made it home around 8:30. I had a nice dinner of boiled shrimp and watched the Sox game. The game isn't over yet, but in the top of the 9th, I'm feeling good about this one.

THANK YOU ALL for getting me through a couple hours of hell. When they said we could turn on our phones and computers, I said "I know exactly what to do to get through this." You guys made the time "fly" by.

Best to all,

Bill

PS, the Sox just won the game!!!

OK, folks, Bill left at 6:56 PM.

You can track his progress here: FlightAware

And if you want to be even more nerdy about this, you can listen to Boston Approach Control here.
Good for you Gene. that is exactly what happened. the Captain came on at about 6:50 and said "we have been cleared for take off, put turn off all your stuff so we can get out of here." I didn't even have time to send a "good bye" post. If I didn't turn off my computer, my fellow passengers would have fed me to the fat guy.

Sorry about the food update. I see your light is out.......you must be flying now!

In answer to your question:

With big needles.

I wish being nice to you would fix it. Heck I'd even be nice to people I don't like if it would fix it.
Well, that suxs. Can it be repaired? I know Dean already asked, but you went all dark on us.

I didn't mean to go "all dark". This appears to be a "re-enactment" of last year around this time and I'm not sure folks wanted to hear me

Here's the story. I have MRI results and report, appointment with the doc next week. Full thickness rotator cuff tear, conservative measures were tried after the last MRI showed a partial tear. I'm pretty certain a repair can be done, and likely it will be a repeat of what I had done on the other side last year. I'm not looking forward to it, but I know if I leave it alone it could get worse. I've had good days and bad days, but sleep is a real issue and getting worse.

I'll go with the doc's recommendation and take it from there.

There you have it.

I'd rather sit on a runway.

Sorry that I missed all the yesterday, Bill, and glad that you're not STILL on the tarmac, runway or whatever Gene called it

In many travels over the past 40 years, I've never had a really bad airline experience. Maybe my number is coming up ?????????
