YABBA DABBA DOOOOOOO -- It arrived at 12:45 today!!!!! Sadly, I had a 1:00 pm appt, so I couldn't get it out of the box, etc. until 3:00. HOWEVER, it was a total breeze, once I thumbed the manual and found the English instructions. I think it has the instructions in at least four languages. It only took a few steps and I was all ready to go. It is WAYYYYY simpler than my last machine, but it makes wonderful espresso and is steam ready at all times (once it heats up initially). The heating time was a fraction of my old machine (and I thought it was fast). I'm elated and hoping it lasts and functions as well my old machine.

I took the time to thoroughly clean the old one, took most of it apart and have it all boxed. I'll decide whether to send it in for a rebuild or just keep it as a backup in case the new one fails (God forbid).

Jonas, you could have waited until midnight to post that. She's probably on her fourth or fifth pint of espresso by now, and she'll be up all night, buzzing around like a hummingbird. HPH

Yall are just too funny. One thing about getting older is that we acquire a desire to not repeat past mistakes. When I got my first machine, I drank about 9 espressos and got a little sick. This time I knew better.
