Those stained glass pieces everyone is showing are really neat. I have no idea of the process to do those but they are cool. We won a beautiful one of an MG logo and after some time one of the ends where the chain hooks broke off. We gave it back to the lady who made it for repairs, she died of cancer, and her husband would not give it back. I always think of that piece and our friend who died when I see stained glass.

My model car collection has over run my three cabinets...

My car pictures, some signed by the likes of Phil Hill, Dan Gurney, John Fitch, etc. has over run my wall space...

My pictures from the LeMans 24 hour races are on three walls in the garage; as you might note in the lower right, I have a few dash plaques.

Last painting

Dave-

That painting reminds me of some of Jesse Alexander's work (he's a photgrapher, lots of work in Road & Truck).

Thanks, that's a very nice compliment. I'm certainly familiar with Jesse Alexander. It probably won't come as a surprise that I have a very extensive library of sport car and racing material, including large scrap books of photo's and art of 50s and 60s which includes Jesse's work. I need to pull it out and get more inspired for painting this winter.

Hobby gone wild (i.e. turned into a job). Teaching about 20 people to play the piano every night of the week exept Sunday. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing the smiles of satisfaction, and pride on their faces after they master a piece, be it Mary Had a Little Lamb, or Debussy's Claire du Lune. Priceless!

I've always been involved with sailing, hiking and camping. I'm trying to add gardening and woodworking to the list.

Would you be interested in painting my 07 GPW? I've wanted either a frontal or a side view of my 07 S2000 for a while now.
