That's right...I've had all I can take and I quit. Smoking, that is. So far (10 days) so good. It's a start. Wish me luck as I have quit before...for as long as 3 years! Somehow this time feels different.

You can expect to see a bigger and better TOF (or at least bigger...man, am I hungry) in the not too distant future.

My last puff was 1996, after a friend died within 2 months of diagnosis of lung cancer.

Are you using any stop smoking aids or just cold turkey?

Good for you!! My wife and I both took our last drags in June 1988 (but who's counting ). Cold turkey. I was 3-packs/day at the time. Thank god I stopped.

 

Stick with it!

 

I quit in 89, my wife in 91.
