Weigh in at docs's, almost five pounds lighter than last year, not that she had issue with my weight. Would like to see a few more pounds go away, but I know too thin is not good for bones. Not that I'm in the too thin category.
I'll continue with healthy eating and exercise.............tomorrow. Tonight there is a in my future.

I dropped 11# after changing my eating habits. Gave up binge snacking at night. Eating healthier meals, minimal rabbit food, staying away from frys and most junk food during Happy Hour. Occasional hiccup mostly on 1/2 price burger night.

Thank you....the scale still reads higher than back in the day. I guess it's to be expected. I am pleased with the results of some hard work and hope to continue. It's a lot of work and sometimes I'm really sick of healthy eating.

I understand too well. My scale tells all.

I continue to maintain my lower weight, which I am happy with. However, the +1 (not intentionally) is trying to sabotage it! I had some surgery yesterday, and he brought me the following: chocolate Teddy Grahams; chocolate covered pretzels, scones, animal crackers, Goldfish, regular pretzels, and Brownie Brittle. His heart is in the right place, though.

That's nice. Prolly better than celery sticks and raw broccoli "get well" package.

Deb, I hope your recovery from the surgery goes well.

I've heard that the care package that your +1 brought you helps recovery go faster than a veggie care package. Something to do with a positive mindset, I think.

Heal quickly, Deb. Surgery does indeed call for treats, especially chocolate. Gotta keep your strength up for recovery. Sugar, lots of sugar will help.
