Bill and Dave are kicking butt. Way to go guys. I have to get out of Naples, too many Happy hours are killing any weight loss I was hoping for.

Thanks, all! It’s amazing how our weight varies from day-to-day. Like Jerry said, it’s just sampling error. The true test is weekly results, I believe.

I agree. I weigh myself daily to help keep on track, but I plot my chart weekly.

I was back on track in a big way today. One bowl of soup, one bag of lettuce, two tablespoons of low cal dressing and about 1/2 can of tuna fish. Worked my butt off on the elliptical and treadmill. No snacks. MUST get under 170 this week.

Took an extra walk today but since I'm going to bed "stuffed" it probably won't help much. Bill, I hope you make your goal as it seems really important to you. Doing things to the extreme may work in the short run but unless you plan to go on a hunger strike, I suggest you take it down a notch.

I think it is just an issue of slipping. Skipping exercise two or three days a week, eating a bit more than I should, it's all about slipping.

I thought I was doing well this week, but only lost a pound. Still...the only week I didn't lose anything was the first week, and I'm averaging 1.8lbs. a week.
