168.2 this morning. Not a big drop, but I’m really happy I went down instead of up. It is possible to go through a big foodie weekend and stay on track.

I’m getting ready to move down another pant size. The 36s are very loose while the 34s are still a bit snug at the waist. Two or three more pounds to go.

"O" movement. Doesn't seem to matter what I do - eat or not eat; workout or not workout. Good side, didn't go up. Bad side, didn't go down.

Pick one day this week to drink about 8 glasses of water and no beer. I'll bet you lose two pounds.

for a good weigh in tomorrow. Just weighed myself and if I'm careful at dinner, tomorrow could be a good day.

Not as good as I'd hoped for, but still a loss!

Good for you! No change here. I went just a little overboard at dinner and ended up the same this am.

Might try it; trouble is I don't really like water. But I have lots of low-cal gater aid. Day 8 of zero change.

Yeah, I get it. For years I'd choke on a glass of cold water. It would take me five minutes to drink it. Usually I'd drink half of it and pour the rest out. I now drink my water warm. Close to body temp. It goes right down. A whole glass in five seconds or less. No choking or gagging or impact on my stomach. I have a glass before each cup of coffee in the morning.

I need to try something new, maybe if I joined this thread it will help. I have fluctuated between 217 and 225 for years now. My first goal is to see a 1 in the front of my weight.

My my last weigh in was 217.6. I will try to post progress (or lack of) here and hope it makes me think twice the next time I go for an evening snack.

Welcome Jim. It does seem to help to have a group to work with and report to.
