Now that I'm gathering ElliptiGO rides and points for myself in the club challenges I'm more consistent at staying under 160 pounds. I'm happy in California, right now with Ricky. I hope to keep my success when I get back to Colorado.

166.3. Two pounds over my recent low of 164.2. I can only imagine what I weighed Sunday morning. Back to it again today.

194.8 as of last night, after going camping with my son over the Easter break. Lightest I've been since I had campylobacter in 2016 (water supply for the town of 13,000 was flooded by runoff from a sheep farm after heavy rain, 5,500 sick, 45 hospitalized including me, 4 dead so I got off lightly)

Thanks for the encouragement, I'm currently resisting (and slightly succumbing to) the temptation to eat all the Easter eggs the kids gave me. Time will tell.

The downward trend continues! Finally crossed the 20 lb. mark. Next goal is to enter the teens.

Great progress Hertz and Gene. Not a great effort at either dieting or exercising for me last night, but I did ok with a .3 loss. Down to 166. I’m still 1.8 pounds away from my recent low.

Not a great report this week. Birthday dinner out with a niece and lunch with friends, followed by not one, but two Easter dinners with family.

No loss for the week, but more importantly, no gain!

Have to get serious about dieting starting today. Added back 4 pounds over the extended weekend of eating and partying with family and friends.

Dave, just call your time away a vacation. I took one too, it was just a bit shorter.

165.1 this morning. I’m now less than a pound above my recent low. After five days of “celebrating”, it looks like it will take five days of dieting to get back to where I was on April 14.
