As I spent the last fifteen years of my working life supporting a "Secure Communications Product" 24 X 7 X 365. I knew my STUFF and how to correct the issue that my customers were having. Even if it was two in the morning, with a call from the Embassy in South Korea. Several nights in a row because the person could not remember what I had told them the night before. I am always patient when I know that I am dealing with a tech support person that I know is going by rote and is reading a script. Which means that they really do not understand the product or know what they are doing. I spent over an hour today on the phone with Samsung Tech Support to no avail. On three different occasions she put me on hold for three minutes at a time to (I assume to talk to level two tech support). As frustrating as it is to play the game, I play along and try my best not to take my frustration out on them. After everything was over she generated a service call in their system and because I bought the washer at Costco it is still under warranty as it was installed on 15 Nov 19. even though the Samsung warranty is only one year.

Having grown up in R.I. you will get no argument from me. The state motto should be 'What the f#*k are you looking at'

I'm wondering if I should raise the value I have my S insured for. I was just looking at S2K's that have sold on BAT and most went for 30k plus although they are all lower mileage examples. Mine is original owner, zero mods, no paint or bodywork has been done. Does have some paint chips as its driven as intended and has 73k on it. I have it insured for 20k.
