iPhone 4S
I picked up my Galaxy Nexus on December 16th and have been enjoying it since. It's quite a phone. I'm glad I waited.
So far it's done everything I've asked of it and more. The Android operating system (Ice Cream Sandwich) is very good and so far I'm getting, with normal usage, about 15 hours out of the battery. It's head and shoulders better than the Blackberry Storm 2 that I had been using. I highly recommend this phone to anyone in the market for a smartphone

I'm glad to hear you like ICS, I got +1 a tablet which is supposed to come loaded with ICS and the reviews that I have read say it's very cool. We should have it mid-week, and I am looking forward to seeing it work.

So far I've had absolutely no problems with either ICS or the phone. Both are very cool.
The Galaxy Nexus came without much Verizon or Samsung crapware. Depending on the maker of your tablet you might have some preloaded crapware. ICS makes it very easy to disable it if necessary. The Android App market is quite robust as compared to the apps available for the Blackberry. There aren't quite so many apps as there are in the Apple store, but so far I've found virtually every app, or a very good substitute, for everything I have on my iPad. I've even found a few that aren't even available in the Apple store.
One very good and interesting app is Wordnik. Its a dynamic dictionary (most dictionaries are static by nature, but this one is dynamic). It's free in the Android marketplace and is available on your PC as well. Try it.

Thanks for the update. I have used both Froyo and Gingerbread, and Gingerbread is much cleaner. Looking forward to ICS. The tablet which should arrive Wed. is an Asus Transformer Prime quad-core. I have not seen an overabundance of bloatware on their systems, but this is my first table, hopefully, it won't be too bad. (That said I really do hate the Verizon/Motorola garbage that is on my phone.)
I purchased the Iphone 4s just before Christmas. So far so good. I am watching the data usage because there are sneaky service charge fees that I have to watch. I think because I have an ipad2 that the transition was easy. I love the clarity and sound when talking on the phone.
