Wink It's FINALLY Spring

Well the weatherman says we've had the last freeze, temps are in the mid to high 70's, about 1 in 4 trees have started to leaf out so there's some green in the landscape, the pear trees have started to blossom (our equivalent to the cherry trees of DC) so when Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday life will be grand again!

We might see that in April as the weather this week has taken a turn for the cold and freezing again.
With a little luck April will warm up sufficently to get top down driving on a regular basis. At least that is what I am hoping for.

Here too, in So Cal. First sign of it here is new leaves popping out on my weeping willow tree. I also hear differnent birds singing and have them at my feeder. Not just the squeaky saw of the hummingbirds and hoots of the owls that were here all winter.

At high noon today in Springfield MA it's bright and sunny and a balmy eight degrees. At least the wind has died down.
