My sister just had her rotator cup operated on, she too is living in a sling.

 

Progress! Back to regular clothing. Showered, hair done, makeup done, (left handed).

I chose a black shirt so my sling will blend in. Maybe no one will notice it.

The red ball is part of initial therapy. Gotta spend time working the]hand, fingers.

May go out with a friend for a little while today.

 

If you delete the word 'may' this statement would be much healthier.

Ring, ring, ring...

 

Like I always say, you can't keep good women down. You and Patty prove my point. Like the black on black and I agree, looking none the worse for wear. You too, I'm sure Patty, even if you can't post pictures of yourself yet.

 

I'm still in the nightgown all day, mode. Lainey got cut two days before I did. I do plan on riding along with Jerry to Cars and Coffee in the morning. I told him he can drive my NSX if he wants but he calls it my JOY ride. I think he'll bring himself to doing it, though.

 

Where are the rhinestones on the sling? Where is the pink sling or is that waiting for the pink outfit? hmmmm?

 

They gave me no choice of color on the sling. I woke up wearing the black one. maybe my friend can bedazzle me.

A long time friend picked me up, we ran an errand or two and had lunch.

I'm trying to decide what to tell folks who ask what happened to me.

1. I'm old and my tendon wore out/tore

2. Well, we were swinging from the chandelier and.......

3. Bad economy. No+1 by my side on an outing with the grandkids (he had to work the Saturday) and lifted one kid one too many times.
