Guess who's coming to town? The big OR himself (Carmen) will be in the Richmond area on Feb. 21-22. I'm just gauging interest in an extended happy hour on Sunday afternoon (Feb 22) to cheer him up (some more) and beat the winter doldrums. Anybody game?

As many times as I've been to Ohio and haven't met up w/ Carmen, I will definitely try my bestest to make it down!!! Something tells me he won't be down in the S2000.

YEEEEHAHHHHH -- count me in +1, of course. The S will probably be in the shop to get ready for spring, so we'll probably drive the Grand Cherokee. I'm assuming this is not a drive, just a get together, but would love to meet with all you guys.

Darn...My niece is going to be in town that weekend. I'll have to see if I can work around it. Carmen, any chance you can come down or back through DC?

Wow. I'm flattered. I'd love to meet as many of you Mid-A's as possible. This could shape up to be a fun trip! I've gotta save time for Home Depot shopping with kb who is helping me pick out cabinets for my Myrtle Beach place. I have to get off my ass and get going with the kitchen and bath remodel and rumor has it, she does house drawings/design and stuff. Woohoo....free consultation!! Does anyone have any idea how many different cabinet types there are??
My plans are still a little fluid. I'm not real excited about driving that far for only 2 days so you may be stuck with me a little longer. I may try to stretch it a day or so. Gotta be home for #2 son's last basketball game on 2/24 though. And Skipper is right...no S.
This all started with a 3 hour conversation with my friend Greg yesterday at a coffee shop. He told me to do something, anything, to get my mind off this 24/7. He said, "do something you wouldn't normally do. Go for a drive. Do something spontaneous". So, it's unlike me to just pick up and drive to Virginia, but I figured, what the heck. btw, a week and a half planning is spontaneous for me.
