You do have to believe. I'd like to believe the Red Sox will win it all again in my lifetime.

It was worse than I remembered....

The win left Seattle alone in first place in the West for the first time since Aug. 25, 2003. The Mariners are two games over .500 for the first time since the final day of the 2003 season.

GO GIANTS

Not one word about Barry! The world may hate him, but we love him. Even without the juice he was the greatest player to ever play the game, and I'm sorry he's been singled out for something he probably shouldn't have done, but wasn't against the rules at the time, and was probably being done by a significant percentage of all players. (Why isn't anyone trying to put asterisks next to Mark Mcgwire's name? ) There's regular testing now and Barry's never failed one yet, so lets get on with the season please??!!

(My Giants are mostly Vintage eligible, so we haven't got time for controversy anymore... we just gotta win the darn thing. )

It really stinks that every discussion about my team centers around steroids and not about our deep roster and excellent pennant hopes.

I love the Giants. Everytime we win the Series we do it by going through San Francisco.
