I had the same prob in my first S (01). I was able to bribe my infant mechanic with candy and he fixed it for me. It totally fell out, but at the cost of a box of m and m's it was an easy fix. Seriously, I printed the fix from a link on this board and my wonderful little mechanic took care of it for me and I didn't have to worry about breaking a fingernail.
