I haven't had time to think about it yet. Hopefully, Friday morning after seeing Anika off to school will be soon enough.

The BMW is dropped off at the dealer for the 1 year service. (can you believe it has already been a year???) I have the reservation set for tomorrow night in Bethleham. I'm making a short stop in CT to pick up something from a fellow New England member.

I'll be leaving Boston around 2 or 3:00 PM tomorrow.

Hopes are high...

I had to pack a few more things. It appears I MAY be coming down with a cold, so I raided the medicine cabinet for all essentials to ward it off.

If in fact, I do bring my germs to Gettysburg, I understand if anyone would rather wave to me from across the room instead of giving me a or a

^^ Take Zicam right away, Lainey. It does help boost your immunity (at least it helps me).

Doug, great minds think alike. Actually, I think it comes from doing track events.
I really agree Dave. As an example if I'm off for a weekend to Toronto for fun and I forget to pack something, chances are it is no big deal, I can just swing by a store and pick up the missing item. When it comes to a track event, if something is missing chances are good it is way too much money to just go buy another, or worse, regardless of cost, you could not buy it in the alloted time frame no matter what. The pressure to have everything you need regardless of what might happen is something you must prepare for, ya just can't wing it.

Seems some of the jury is still out on Zicam. BUT it's chicken soup for lunch and a trip to the local pharmacy after. Can't hurt.

OK, I ate chicken soup for lunch, then bought and already used the Zicam. We'll see if this stuff works for me.

If not, I gave it my all folks. Just wave to me from across the room if I'm too germy for you. I'll keep plenty of hand santizier at the ready too!

It would be great if Zicam works, as head colds usually go to my chest, which kicks up the asthma, which, in turn, turns me into a walking pharmacy.
