^^Already been to both, Dr. C. I'm a very picky eater (despite my girth) and although +1 is fiendish for chocolate confections, I prefer the little strawberry tarts at the French Pastry shop. Chocolate Maven does have nice sandwiches for lunch and so does Bagelmania. I have made some purchases at Whole Foods, but find that the best thing there is the fresh flowers. We had dinner at Blue Window the other night and I enjoyed the french onion soup very much. Also their is a pecan chicken salad with cranberries that I like at Central Ave. Grill. I really like the turkey and raspberry sandwiches and fresh bagels at Ruby K's.
Oh, btw, the folks here at Homewood have been fabulous. Today the staff left a big basket of goodies here for me for my bd. I'm overwhelmed. It stays quite busy here and I'm surprised at the numbers of folks both here at the Suites and on the golf course. It appears to be very, very busy.
