Apparently I did have the correct email for Dean. I received a response from Jeanne who mentioned this thread and she was not sure she had posted it correctly. I responded that she had and then gave her the direct link. I let her know that folks had posted replies and sympathies. Hopefully, she will take some comfort in the posts here.
