Sorry, but human embryos only have pharygeal slits that only slightly resemble gill slits and they're transitory in nature. They don't have anything in the way of actual gill structures. The same goes for all other vertebrate embryos with the exception of fish and amphibs who retain those slits throughout embryonic development.
