it's been what, like forty years, since their last championship?

I believe there were more people at this parade vs the crowd that attended another event about a year ago January 20th.

BTW, speaking of NFL news, Mr. Garoppolo signed on for a nice paycheck. Good for him!

58 years for the Eagles. 1960 NFL Championship vs. N.Y. Giants. Way overdue.

I didn't know that Ken. Sneaky bastards. Maybe the Browns could hire McDaniels, they have nothing to lose. 0-16,

No thank you. We have enough troubles already.

We're doing better with baseball.
Phila., does know how to celebrate, and since you just don't know what next year, or next decade has, it turned out to be quite a big one.

Long overdue, but let's hope next year will be better when the 5 starters including Wentz who were out this year return. Wentz may take longer to recover and will miss the preseason and could play in the first few games. But there is no rush since Foles is quite capable and has 1 year left on his contract.

$74M of guaranteed money?!?!?
I mean, the Yorks had no choice. He has proven to be a stellar performer, but in this day and age, having nearly half the money in the contract, let alone on a 5 year contract, is some betting that's too risky by my measure. . .
. . . but if I had spent that much time mismanaging the team, and had some very spendy box seats to fill, I'm not sure I could do any better.

Alas, gone are the days where parking cost more than the tickets.

If he can do that in Santa Clara, more power to him.

Nice to see another member of the Upper Middle Class.
