Default NFL replacement REFs

So is anybody else watching?
The make believe refs they have out there are awful.
I was waiting for one of them to get out a yellow card or rule it an infield fly rule.

At first I thought they were doing somewhat OK..... but a couple of games yesterday really changed that opinion.

Not doing well at all. They need to stand up to the clowns masquerading as players, before someone gets hurt badly.

They currently have zero control of the game.

That being said, I sure hope the league does not cave in to the ref's demands due to it.

Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes however remained angry following the game and took to Twitter to air his grievances with the replacement refs.

"Can someone please tell these f------ zebras foot locker called and they're needed Back at work !!!! #BreakingPoint," Spikes tweeted.

Hey if it weren't for those great replacements the Eagles would be 1-2 instead of 2-1.

I have a great concern for the players. I think that things are getting out of hand and the Refs have no control over what is going on. For exampl after seeing the helmet to helmet hit that Romo took without a flag I am surprised that he could even get up let alone play the next series. Plus it looks like a mugging contest between the Safties and the WR's

I agree, Some of the games this weekend did look a little rough at times.

I think the NFL does not really care. As long as we watch, revenues flow. Its all about the $. They have no incentive to compensate the regular officials. They could pay the referees a reasonable full time salary with full benefits and retirement and it would have effectively zero effect on bottom line.

But are the refs willing to work for a reasonable full time salary with full benefits and retirement?

And why should they get a retirement benefit..... I'm sure they would be eligible for Social Security like most of us......

And full benefits? How many of us get full benefits?

Screw it... keep the replacement refs..... let the primadona's not work or make any $$$!

They remind me of teachers. Always on strike. They should be happy they are getting a pay check and stop whining.
