Trader Joes is my best local source for nuts. Have you tried the boiled peanuts?
I have not seen any "boiled peanuts" at Trader Joes, only the roasted ones. Can you give us more info on this? Thanks.

Something else just came to mind -- since it is the Chinese Moon (cake) festival. Has anyone tasted olive pits? Olive pits are one of the best tasting "nuts" I've ever had. I find them sometimes in Chinese Moon cakes, but they are rare. If anyone know where I can buy them please let me know.
