I,for one,took the resolution,to never,ever take resolutions again,anymore;so,let's see,what are yours...???

Not a resolution,but,I did stop smoking,on June 03/2014;did'nt smoke since,but it's not easy.

As a 3-pack a day guy who stopped cold turkey I know how tough it is. Good for you.

Hey Bill, I was just wondering what happened to the weight loss thread that was on here for a long time? I know you and others lost weight, have you kept some of it off? All of it? You can tell me MYOB if you wish. I lost 15 pounds for my surgery in October 2013. I just stopped having dessert and wine for one month. I have put nine pounds back on so my resolution is to take those nine back off the same way. Had turkey for dinner tonight and I sure did miss my wine I would have had with it. But it's easier than all the diets counting calories, eating only protein etc etc. I know I'd never last on one of those. (I'm also having a colonoscopy in 3 weeks and that will knock off a few all by itself)
