News gathering is changing so quickly now with cable, internet, blogs and even camera cell phones, I think the days of the "big three" news anchors are now gone.

 

While I did read he died and the cause, I never bothered to turn on the tv to listen to any of it. Somewhere along the way we went from Edward R. to what we have now and that's why I seldom watch it. I'd say 98% of my news info comes from the Internet where I can dig into subjects of interest and bypass those that mean nothing.
