I'm about 40 minutes in and enjoying the tour. Trying to pick out a favorite so far is tough but think I would go with the black TR. Can't believe how spotless everything is both the cars and bikes and buildings I'm sure it is no easy task. The Docent did make one error, he stated that the 288 GTO was a 328 on steroids but it is actually a 308 on steroids as it has the same 3.0 or more accurately 2927cc engine while the 328 has the bigger motor.

I was impressed when he said the XKSS was his favorite. I fell in love with the D-Jag when I saw my first one at Road America. The macho look, the rivets, the beautiful shape and everything about it just pushed it to the top of my dream machine list.

Even replica's are price way out of my wallet. There is a replica that shows up at an All British show I go to each year. It sucks me in like a fly on $hit.

I know exactly what you mean when I go to a car show and there is a Ferrari there from the 80's I too gravitate right to it guess it is part of being a car nut we know what we like.
The eighties F cars have become priced at more than what I'm willing to spend on a hobby car but that is the way it goes it is still fun to look and doesn't cost anything.
