Prostrate? No! Prostate.
Not exactly an easy thing to talk about, but those of us of a "certain age" need to think about this. I recently had a 12 point biopsy of the prostate. Certainly not one of the more fun things I've done, but necessary in older men. I went in for the follow up this morning and of the 12 samples 11 were fine. The 12th you ask? Approximately 5% of the examined tissue (a very tiny sample, I assure you) showed a bit of cancer. The good news? It doesn't require surgery or a radiation seed to take care of, it will be cryotherapy. So, although it's certainly not something to look forward to, it is essential that it get done.

You should prostrate yourself at the news of your prostate. Had my prostate removed while lying prostrate in 2013.
A reminder to all the guys here to have a finger exam every year. Could save your life.
