Hm. Hate to see anyone associated with that fine bit of tomfoolery pass on. Rocket J. will long be remembered along with the hat rack.

Again? that trick never works.
This time for sure!

She was also Natasha Fatale and a whole host of other characters. When she was described as the "female Mel Blanc" the answer was "no, he was the male June Foray". I too am sorry to see her go. She was one of the people who made animation so good when we were kids.

“June Foray is not the female Mel Blanc,” said Chuck Jones, the legendary animator who proposed her star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. “Mel Blanc was the male June Foray.”

Interesting read.
I know my peer group were all well versed in rocky and Bullwinkle and all had the same deep sarcastic sense of wit.
and of course we all got our indoctrination to classical with Warner brothers.
