That's a hard one for me to decide. I like cats better for indoors but dogs better for outdoors. I'm glad I don't have to choose one or the other.

Got both, and the dogs rule indoors too.

Cats just sleep, and are far too moody!

Awwwww, how nice all the pets are!!! I really like dogs better than cats, but know that cat lovers really love their cats. I haven't owned cats for more than 20 years due to my daughter's allergy, but enjoyed my male cats (neutered and you know why ) because they were more playful. My son loves reptiles, so I'm not showing him the pic of the monitor.

I need to find some pics I can post of my doggies I used to have - all deceased. A sweet black and white spaniel, Samantha (lived to 16), and two Weimaraners, Elke and Sadie (both lived to 12).

Valentine, if you were referring to the picture I posted, that was a 5 foot alligator, not a monitor. I wa walking towards him with my eye to my camera aimed at a bird in a tree when my wife yelled stop. I was less than 8 feet from him and still walking!

Our 5 foot long baby water monitor named JoJo

Morris, I think this is what she was referring to.

Well, this isn't really my pet but I do babysit her a lot. Her owners are my next door neighbors. They are in New York for the woman's 58th birthday right now, so she is in my care. She's not a nice bird but I love her colors.
