While I was in NC last weekend, we were walking around my Mom's farm, and came upon this guy:
He's a snapping turtle who just came out of hibernation. (Thanks, Eliot & Bill!)
This thread has been dormant for a few months, so I'm going to venture some pics that may be a little OT since they are not pics of my own pets. You may have seen these before -- they've been around for a while. I don't know whose pets these are, but they are worth a peek!
Colin, you have way too much time on your hands.............. great job.
Ha Ha, well not counting the brain cells dedicated to thinking up the idea/script, it didn't take that long. I planned the lighting the night before we filmed. I shot Chloe's scenes in the late afternoon on Sunday, then that night we filmed Jack's scenes in about an hour and a half.
The 'rough cut' was done by noon the next day and the remainder of the afternoon was spent learning how to create a mask to show the map on my newton. I always try to practice one new editing skill on each video.
Well......a day and a half of work to make a 2 minute video...... damn, I have too much time on my hands....
