Here are my remaining two dogs. Maya on the left and Wallace on the right. The B&W photo really accentuates their age.

Wallace likes to wash his "sister's" face. She, in return, will wash Wallace's ears.

Great minds think alike, I am just a little slower. Ops, sorry for the repost.
I enjoyed re-reading it. I love it!

My girl turned 6 today.

And all she wanted was her belly rubbed.

^Nice doogie.

I was watching the DVD Hachi: A Dog's Tale tonight, about a dog, with Richard Gere. Made me consider getting a dog, again. Not yet.

I'd find it hard to live without BB but I'd hate to go through the potty training process again if I got another doggie. I love dogs and have lived with at least one dog most of my life. There is just something wonderful about their devotion to humans.

Beautiful dog, Dave. I know the +1 misses his dog he had to leave behind when he left FL. We really can't have a dog with our schedules and living in the apt. But I grew up with dogs and had dogs during my marriage (Weimaraners).

Thanks all, I do love the mutt. I bought her as a Christmas gift for Donna but being retired we spend a lot of time together and she's become my dog, which of course I spoil. Dogs are great friends..... until they roll in deer poop! This is her six years ago.

BB used to do that back in Virginia. Why oh why do dogs like to roll in that nasty stuff?!? I could never figure that out. Blechhhhh.
