I had a couple issues on the install and I was contacted and followed up as well quickly in both cases. I can't knock the support yet. I wasn't sure they were even the problem on this thread's issue; once I was, I was able to find their solution - even if I didn't understand it completely - without making a 3rd contact. I've been using Norton for some time without any issues and recently upgraded. I have heard a lot of complaints on home programs from more knowledgeable people than me.

As one example, I tried to renew on-line once and it wouldn't recognize my password. (I had the right one) so I tried to set up another one. No go. No way on earth to contact them through the program. Just got caught in a loop with no way out. Had to do it by phone. This was their "simple" remider, "Would you like to renew?" You'd think it would be easy to give them your money....

Here I thought it was a "feature" of s2ki.

I have the center justification stuff without Norton Internet Security but I do have Symantec Client Security 3.0 including the firewall components.

Turning off "Ad Blocking" in Symantec Client Security returns the page to left justified.

Okay, now I have Symantec Client Security configured to block ads except for s2ki and now s2ki is left justified again.

What do you know!

I've made that error twice. The first time as I tried to download a new program, my older computer crashed.

Another time I tried to renew, they took my money then I got messages saying my program was outdated when I tried to download the renewal.

Now when it expires, I go to a store and buy a complete new version. I download nothing from Norton. It's only caused me problems in the past.

I had the same issue. I thought I was doing a renew. When I learned I'd just ordered a new download I told them and they kept telling me my subscription had run out last Nov! I swear I'd been getting updates every week but who knows - with their system. All I know is I lost Symantec programs with the upgrade...... go figure. Frankly, I decided to not waste time trying to straighten things out.

Barry, by now I'm sure you've guessed that Norton and Symantec are one and the same.
