If I'm correct that ^^^^^^^^^^^ is a Burmese Python.
Since it is a member of the constrictor class of snakes I'm not sure I'd wrap it around my neck unless steps were taken such as making sure it was quite dead.

Had a good Turkey Day here. Now cleaning the oven and it's stinking up the whole house, phew!
Cooking that bird was quick- if you figure 20 minutes a pound, it should have taken 5 hours, but it was done in 2 hours 50 minutes. Weird.

I've found that thermostats in ovens are notoriously wrong. you might have just been on the hot side.

I bought a temp probe and went nuts for awhile trying to get it set up right.
just tapping the knob would change the temp 25° or 30°.
