Great icons for your favorite channels for your Harmony remotes can be found at this easy to use site...

I bought the Harmony One remote recently and have been busy setting up some of the activities. The icons web site that Carmen mentioned is very good. One thing I have noticed is that the remote doesn't work as fast as the original remote control.

I am trying to experiment with the timing settings. I think the default settings are way too conservative. Has anyone tried adjusting these?

Just a quickie. I don't know much about the Harmony, but I have used:
Remote central
They might have some resources and tips for you Harmony folks.

I agree Dennis, particularly when running a Macro (activity). It seems you have to stand there and point the remote at everthing for 20 seconds. I also have a problem where my TV powers up in the "Listen to Music" activity and it is nowhere to be found in the sequence. Weird. Lastly, I have a problem with my Yamaha HT receivers. I have 2; one for the inside and an older one I use to drive the outside speakers. When I want to listen to music outside and power up the older one, the inside one comes on too. It must be recognizing the same power on code. But I must say, I love the thing. Particularly the setup process which is so intuitive and easy. You have to be a software developer to program my old Marantz RC5200

Carmen, have been able to get "discrete codes" for your Harmony?

Just in case, these are codes that take you to a specific function. i.e. I have direct codes for my Sony TV that will allow me to go to component input 2, without having to go through the menus.

Yeah I can quickly flip to the "devices" page and power off the component that inadvertently powered on, but...

The Harmony remotes are supposed to "know" if a component has not turned on. For example, you can have a macro "Watch TV" that turns on the receiver, tv and cable box. If the tv doesn't turn on but everything else does, you are supposed to be able to press the "Watch TV" macro again without everything else getting out of sync.

Although good, practice and reality don't always jive.
