It has been cold here but clear. I decided to daily drive the S to work this week and have been enjoying it (salt trucks haven't been out yet) They were making snow on the ski runs today and I'm hearing they are planning to open on Saturday. My new ice rink has a pretty good layer of ice on it.

Looks like things will be reversed somewhat for the U.S. this winter...our area appears to be on the cusp between cooler and warmer.

We are socked in by fog...glad I'm not driving/flying today. Supposed to be clear at 10 but it's about 10 now and so far, not happening. We were at .1 of a mile this morning and not much better now - .3.

Stored all my "toys" for the winter last weekend. Supposed to be sunny and 50's this weekend. It is also my birthday weekend. I'm very tempted to get the motorcycle out again. I've only ridden once on my birthday...back in 2001.
