Rain, thunder and lightning in Loveland, off and on for the past three days with more predicted for the next three days. I've been riding my ElliptiGO around it, even having to ride in the dark last night. I'm involved in Every Day In May, with the Global ElliptiGO Riders Club. My partner crashed on May 2nd so I'm doing my best to keep us GOing.
Glad to see that you equipped your GO with lights, Patty. Colorado's roadways have narrow shoulders which makes cycling lights VERY important. The brighter the better!

I always wear bright pink or bright red, too. The roadies hunched over their bikes in black, white and grey are so hard to see.
As promised we had major storms last night, including tornado warnings. Those were canceled but it was still bad. There was even a derecho possible!! Very glad that did not happen. Had one a few years ago and it was a disaster. Days/weeks without power in some locations. We have a threat of storms today and tomorrow, then just rain for a couple of days. We are definitely making up for a precipitation deficit.
We've had a few gloomy looking days (with the exception of yesterday) and a few more to come. There is a chance of some severe thunderstorms later today, but generally speaking, those seem to be more to the west. Thursday looks like the best of the week, weather wise, then back to the clouds and rain. It wasn't very nice on Sunday but we took the P car out for a bit of top down time. The S is due out of the body shop on Friday or Saturday, but I don't see a top down drive in that vehicle for several days. We've got lots of planting to do in the next couple of weeks. Hope the weather gets to a better pattern soon. We are still running the heat!
The Four Corners has had unpleasant windy weather up until this week. Yesterday was a beautiful day in the low 70s (39 at night) and no wind. I’ll be cooking at the outside fire today. But my trailer and rig are almost ready for the Alaska drive, so I’ll be leaving Colorado this weekend to drive back to Houston with doggie Tara. See y’all soon at Spring Fling with the top down.
