Headed for 93 today - I'm thinking it might be a record!!

 

Yesterday was the kind of day that makes one forget about winter. Sunny low 80's and a beautiful breeze. I had a salad delivered to my office and headed over to a small park near a marina on my lunch hour. Sat on a bench and enjoyed the salad and felt the sun on my face. Too bad I had to ruin the moment and head back to work. Today we will have a little more of the same. A bit cooler tomorrow. Weekend is just "so so."

 

According to my sophisticated rain gauge I got an inch and a half of rain last night.

 

Last 90-degree day for awhile. Whew...

 

yup a month to the day.... last thursday was snow in the forecast and yesterday we roasted.

 

Snow is finally gone...now we're getting "April Showers." Seems like the calendar is off a month.

 

Beautiful day coming up - in the 70s. Taking a top-down drive over to meet a friend for lunch.

 

Green day is just about here.
That's the day when all of the leaves on the trees suddenly pop out.
Now that we have some reasonable weather it might be today.

 

Looks like a string of about 10 days with 70s and 80s and not a drop of rain in sight.

 

^ The rain situation has changed significantly...we've had quite a bit since Sat night. Stormy the rest of the week with temps in the 70s/low 80s, although 91 tomorrow.
